Membership Policy for the 2025 DrAC Preventative Group Fitness Membership

To ensure the best experience for all members, the following policies apply to the 2025 DrAC Preventative Group Fitness Membership:

 Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

• All participants must complete a waiver form before participating in any fitness challenges or assessments.

Membership Duration

• Membership is valid for a 12-month period, starting from the date of enrollment.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are not available for this program once access to digital materials or benefits (e.g., signed book, assessment) has been provided.

• Memberships can be canceled anytime, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused months.

Access to Materials

• Video training and digital resources are provided exclusively to members and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

• Access to materials is granted via a secure member portal.

Complimentary Items

• The signed book and wellness assessment are complimentary and are non-transferable.

• Members must claim these items within the first three months of their membership.

Participation in Challenges

• Fitness challenges are voluntary, and members participate at their own risk. DrAC Preventative Group is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive attitude within the community.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in membership termination without refund.

Privacy Policy

• Member information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

• Data collected for wellness assessments will be used solely for personalized recommendations.

Amendments to Membership

• DrAC Preventative Group reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, or policies with 30 days’ written notice to members.
