At DrAC Preventative Group, LLC, operating under the DBA DrAC Preventative Services, we believe in promoting holistic wellness, including hip wellness, as a cornerstone of overall health and vitality. Our Hip Wellness Program is designed to improve hip activation, mobility, and flexibility through a series of targeted exercises and routines. Whether you're looking to prevent injuries, enhance athletic performance, or simply improve your daily quality of life, our program offers comprehensive solutions tailored to your needs.

Program Components

  1. Warm-ups

    • Wide Activation Twists

    • Glute Bridges

    • Bridge Hold with Pull Over

  2. Flexibility Exercises:

    • Marching/Active Flexes

    • March Hold with Knee Extensions

    • March Hold with Internal/External Rotation from Hip Area

    • March Hold in Internal Rotation with Knee Extension/Flexing

  3. Extension Exercises:

    • Active Single Leg Bridge

    • Bridge Hold with Mule Kicks

    • Bridge Hold with Leg Lifts

    • Bridge Hold with Bent-Knee Abductions

  4. Adduction Exercises:

    • Straight Leg Lifts

    • Leg Lift Hold with Unidirectional Ankle Circles

    • Leg Lift Hold with Opposite Unidirectional Ankle Circles

    • Leg Lift with Knee Extension/Flexion

  5. Dynamic Tension Exercises:

    • Bridge with Hip Adduction

    • Bridge with Hip Abduction

Steps to join the waitlist for this program:

STEP #1

We conduct an initial Assessment to understand your needs and goals related to Hip Wellness.

STEP #2

You will have to sign a Fitness waiver.

ā€‹

STEP #3

Submit your prequalifying documents to meet your Hip Wellness criteria.

ā€‹

This program also provides education on proper nutrition, medication optimization, and the importance of hip wellness in overall health.

Along with this program Agenda and guiding materials, Dr. Al also offers additional services based on requirements, such as medication optimization consultations or access to our Safe Weight Training for Everyone book.
